-The estimated project cost is based on our understanding of your requirements and the agreed project timeline. Any changes to the original requirements, including minor modifications or improvements, may result in additional charges. During in-person meetings, clients are requested to clearly explain and confirm all project requirements.

-Acceptance of a quotation confirms the client’s agreement to NKG Solutions LLC’s policies and terms. Acceptance may be provided verbally, through email, by making the initial payment, or by signing and returning the quotation.

– Clients are responsible for confirming that all required information, details, and expectations have been clearly communicated to NKG Solutions LLC. Any specific instructions, requirements, or additional conditions should be provided before the project begins. If the required information is not provided within the agreed timeframe, we will proceed based on the information available to us. Any major changes or differences identified later may result in additional charges. Clearly defining the complete website requirements is necessary to provide an accurate project estimate.

– Any complex or specialized features, functions, integrations, or requirements must be communicated in advance and included in the project proposal. NKG Solutions LLC works in good faith and relies on clients to provide complete and accurate information when the project is quoted. NKG Solutions LLC will not be responsible for delays, additional work, or other issues resulting from changes to the originally agreed project scope.

-All required content, information, images, documents, and other materials must be provided within the first two weeks of the project. Delays in providing these materials may extend the project timeline. If the delay continues beyond a reasonable period, additional charges may apply. Our websites are tested on PCs using current versions of commonly used browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. If testing on additional or specific browsers is required, this must be communicated to us in advance.

-For responsive design and compatibility testing, we generally use iPhones and iPads. If testing is required on additional mobile devices, tablets, or other specific devices, clients must inform us in advance.

-If your website is hosted outside the NKG Solutions LLC server environment, any additional time or work required because of network, hosting, server, or connectivity issues will not be included in the original quotation and may be billed separately.

-Projects that remain inactive for more than two months may be subject to an administrative fee of $99.00 per week. Previously agreed estimates may also be reviewed and revised based on the current scope and project requirements. If you intend to place a project on hold, advance written notice is required. Without prior notice, NKG Solutions LLC may not be able to accommodate the hold request.

-There is no standard charge for placing a project on hold. However, the client’s account and project status may need to be updated before the hold can be applied. If a project needs to be placed on hold, we can discuss the required steps with the client.

-Our websites are developed and tested for optimal performance under standard commercial-grade internet conditions. When a website is used through an office or internal network, performance may vary depending on network traffic, bandwidth, configuration, and other local conditions.

–NKG Solutions LLC will review the suitability of third-party components and services where applicable but cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for limitations, compatibility issues, or changes beyond our control. Costs for SSL certificates, payment gateways, Google Ads/Google AdWords, premium plugins, software licenses, subscriptions, and other third-party services are not included in our quotations unless specifically stated.

–NKG Solutions LLC does not assume responsibility for the ongoing operation, security, or maintenance of open-source platforms such as WordPress or third-party e-commerce/shopping cart systems. Clients are responsible for keeping their website platforms, plugins, themes, software, and third-party components updated. Regular maintenance and updates are strongly recommended to help prevent security, compatibility, and performance issues.

-Our service packages may depend on third-party vendors, platforms, tools, or service providers. Any changes to their policies, pricing, technical requirements, availability, or regulations may affect the services we provide and may require adjustments to the project or service.

-Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. As long as NKG Solutions LLC makes reasonable efforts to meet the agreed timeline and communicates regarding significant delays, no penalties or compensation will apply for unintentional or unavoidable delays.

-Unless specifically stated in the proposal, domain registration, domain renewal, domain transfers, and other domain-related services are not included in the project estimate. If a client requires assistance with these services, a separate quotation will be provided for approval.

-Hosting fees and hosting services are not included in our standard quotations unless specifically mentioned. If hosting is required, NKG Solutions LLC may recommend or arrange suitable hosting, and a separate quotation will be provided for client approval. If the client chooses to manage their own hosting, they should consult with us before selecting a hosting provider or server environment to help ensure compatibility with the required development technology. Full server access and appropriate hosting support may be required for testing, development, and deployment. NKG Solutions LLC will not be responsible for issues caused by the hosting provider, server configuration, downtime, restrictions, or actions taken by the hosting provider.

-Websites may initially be developed and tested on servers or domains managed by NKG Solutions LLC. Third-party access to our internal test servers or development websites is not permitted unless specifically authorized. Once all outstanding invoices have been paid, the website may be transferred to the client’s designated server or hosting environment as applicable.

-Once all outstanding invoices have been paid in full, NKG Solutions LLC grants the client the right to use, modify, distribute, or publish the approved visual designs, written content, and images created or used specifically for the client’s website. This transfer does not include NKG Solutions LLC’s underlying intellectual property, development resources, proprietary code, scripts, database structures, internal systems, tools, processes, templates, or proprietary digital marketing strategies.

-All official project communication, notices, approvals, and updates will be handled through email unless another communication method has been mutually agreed upon. Clients are responsible for providing and maintaining a current and accessible email address so that important project communications can be received without delay.
